Individual Counselling

In a safe, confidential, one-on-one setting, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings. These 50-minute sessions are your dedicated space to work towards clarity and growth. Available at my locations in Faversham and Sidcup.

'Walk and Talk' Therapy

For some, sitting in an office can feel quite uncomfortable. ‘Walk and Talk’ therapy offers an alternative – taking our sessions outdoors. Walking side by side in nature can make it easier to relax and open up about your thoughts and feelings.

Online Counselling

Therapy can take place wherever feels right for you. Whether through a secure online video call or a phone conversation, our sessions remain private and confidential.
